This policy explains what information AdStills ("we", "us") collects when you use adstills.com, and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Account information. Your email address and name, provided when you sign up directly or through Google sign-in. When you use Google sign-in we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google; we do not receive your password or any other Google account data.
- Content you provide. Project details you enter (website URL, product, audience, offers, brand notes) and images you upload.
- Generated content. The ad images and ad copy generated for your projects.
- Billing information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number; we store your subscription status and Stripe customer reference.
- Usage data. Basic technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) collected by our hosting provider for security and reliability.
How we use it
- To provide the service: your project details are sent to our AI providers (Anthropic and OpenAI) solely to generate your ads.
- To operate your account, process payments, and send service emails (such as a welcome email or billing notices).
- To improve reliability and prevent abuse.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your content to train AI models.
Service providers
We rely on a small set of processors to run AdStills: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), Anthropic and OpenAI (ad generation), Resend (email), and Google (optional sign-in). Each receives only the data needed for its function.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies that keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Data retention and deletion
Your data is kept while your account is active. To delete your account and all associated data, email support@adstills.com and we will complete the deletion within 30 days.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion at any time via support@adstills.com. If you are in a jurisdiction with specific privacy rights (such as the GDPR or CCPA), we honor requests made under those laws.
Changes
If we make material changes to this policy we will update this page and note the new date above.
