Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AdStills (adstills.com). By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
AdStills generates static advertising images and ad copy from the campaign details you provide, using third-party AI models. Generated output is machine-created: review it before publishing, and ensure any ads you run comply with the advertising policies of the platform you publish on.
Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 to use the service.
Plans, billing and cancellation
- New accounts receive a limited number of free ad generations.
- Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe and include a monthly ad quota.
- You can cancel any time in Settings; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period and does not renew after cancellation.
- If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@adstills.com and we will review promptly and honor legitimate refund requests.
Your content and ownership
You retain ownership of everything you upload. To the extent we hold any rights in the ad images and copy generated for you, we assign them to you; you may use generated ads commercially without attribution. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any materials you upload (such as logos and product photos).
Acceptable use
You agree not to use AdStills to create ads that are unlawful, deceptive, or that infringe the rights of others, and not to attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the service or circumvent usage limits.
Third-party platforms
AdStills is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. "Meta" is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc., used here only to describe compatibility.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that generated ads will achieve any particular performance. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can request deletion of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be noted on this page with a new date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
